An Industry 4.0 example
As part of the energy modernization, hydraulic optimization and in order to achieve maintenance-free operation of the system, Zortström technology was used in the Panorama Badewelt. A 5-stage Zortström in the main distribution system was used to take into account the different feed-in temperatures of the heat suppliers and the different take-off temperatures.
Maximum solar yield
Above all, it was also important that hydraulically disruptive heat consumer circuits were removed from the existing bar distributors and connected to the hydraulic zero point of the system, the Zortström. In the sub-center, the return temperature was reduced to a minimum using a 3-stage Zortström. In combination with the Zortström in the main center, this resulted in maximum yield from the 470 m² solar system.
Benefit
Efficient
- all waste heat and solar yields are passed on directly to the consumer groups via the Zortström.
- high-efficiency pumps run with minimal power consumption and don't rock each other.
Simple
- uncomplicated, clear hydraulics despite a wide variety of load and operating conditions.
- simple integration of all heat suppliers and distribution to consumers.
Safe
- the required temperatures are precisely available in the Zortström at all times. This guarantees the operational safety of the system.
- transparent control increases operational safety.
